SATA to micro SATA Adapter Micro SATA to 22 Pin SATA Adapter IEEE1394 Adapter Product Description Micro SATA to 22 Pin SATA Adapter with Voltage Regulator This is our Micro SATA to 22 Pin SATA Adapter Cable. This adapter can be hooked up using a 4 pin power that only provides 12v and 5v. The regulator inside then converts the power to the 5v and 3.3v needed by SSD hard drives. This adapter is what you need if you cannot hook up the SSD drive inside a computer with a SATA power supply providing 3.3v. Important: This adapter is available in two configurations, 1 Amp and 4 Amp. For most applications 1 Amp should be more than sufficient but we are providing the 4 Amp rated version for special applications. If you are simply trying to connect a micro SATA drive to your computer there will be no problem using the 1 Amp version of this adapter.
